Mr. Trevor Dutchak, EMT, Chief Executive Officer

Trevor Dutchak 104655Trevor leads over 60 men and women of the 3rd largest ambulance service in Saskatchewan. As a member of North Central Ambulance Association group of companies, Parkland Ambulance is a contracted ambulance service to the the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region.

Trevor has been with Parkland Ambulance for 15 years. He is on the Prince Albert Raider Hockey Club Board of Directors and the SEMSA (Saskatchewan Emergency Medical Services Association) Board of Directors. Trevor believes in the community he lives in and together with his wife Coralee and sons Nicholas and Jacob are committed to caring for the community.

Trevor's active family keeps him busy with hockey in the winter months and many school related activities or baseball in the summer. He is proud to live, work and raise a family in the City of Prince Albert.



DSC 0242Mr. Jordan Ambrose, ACP, Director of Operations

Jordan is proud to be part of the leadership team at Parkland Ambulance Care. As Director of Operations he is responsible for human resources, staff engagement and scheduling. He has been with Parkland Ambulance since February 2003. 

Jordan enjoys family activities with his family and is affectionately a sports nut, Willing to try or participate in almost any sport, his first love is hockey not only as a player but now a coach for his son Mason. Together with his wife Candice and new son Ryker he is proud to call Prince Albert home.





Mr. Brian Reichle, ICP, Director of Communications and First Responders

brian-reichle-204090Brian started with Parkland Ambulance in February 1984 and through his hard work became Director of Emergency Communications in 2000. Brian began his emergency medical services (EMS) career like so many first as emergency medical responder (EMR), then emergency medical technician (EMT), to his current certification as emergency medical technician advanced (EMT-A) (ICP). Together with his wife Laurie, they have two son Justin and Jason.

Brian is responsible for overseeing the emergency communication center, quality assurance for the center and liaison with all external clients. He is also responsible for all first responder groups and for the groups continuing education needs. 





Mr. Patrick Bellisle, ACP, Director of Education

patrick-bellisle-301469Pat has been with Parkland Ambulance for 28 years after many more years of service in the Province of Alberta as a emergency medical technician - paramedic (EMT-P). He is active in the community with strong ties to the Canadian military as two sons headed overseas to Afghanistan in the fall of 2009. Pat's leadership has mentored many current and past employees of Parkland Ambulance. He is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service medal and first bar.

His responsibilities include management of all internal professional development opportunities for the paramedics of Parkland Ambulance, quality assurance, infection control and occupational health and safety administration. He also provides the leadership for internal staff development directly related to mentorship and career advancement with the organization.




Mr. Lyle Karasiuk, ACP, Director of Public Affairs and Support Services

lyle-karasiuk-301455For the past 28 years, Lyle has been with Parkland Ambulance, ironically coming to work merely casual after the invitation of friend. Since coming to the team of Parkland Ambulance Lyle has worked up through the ranks to his present leadership role. Lyle is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service medal, the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal, two Queens Jubilee Medals and Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal of Honor. He is very active in the community through many community and volunteer boards. Lyle was recognized as the 2013 Citizen of the Year for Prince Albert.

Lyle is responsible for all external services of Parkland Ambulance those include: web site, all external training programs and courses, public presentations, public tours, school relations, community liason and media spokesperson. He is also responsible for corporate and support services including materials management. Born and raised in Prince Albert, Lyle holds several professional certifications as an instructor.



Miss. Brenda Dutchak, EMD, Director of Communication Operations 

brendaBrenda provides the leadership and day to day operational guidance for the emergency communications center. The emergency communications center is one of 5 wide area ambulance dispatch centers in Saskatchewan. The center in Prince Albert serves central and northern Saskatchewan handling a significant number of urgent and non-urgent inquiries every year. As manager, Brenda leads a team of 12 communication specialists whose priority is to start "zero minute" care in the advance of responding paramedics but also coordinate numerous other needs of the paramedics including first responders in many rural communities.

She has been with Parkland for 29 years and is proud to call Prince Albert her home.



Pastor Dennis Serfas, Paramedic Services Chaplain


As Paramedic Services Chaplain Dennis as the unique role and often difficult task of helping the team at Parkland Ambulance understand the situations life presents to them. Dennis's comfort and caring bring new meaning and purpose the challenges the staff at Parkland Ambulance face.

Dennis is the Director of Spiritual Care for the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region based in the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert. In his over 20 years of Ministry, Dennis has brought comfort, support and gifted caring presence to the Prince Albert community. Parkland Ambulance is proud to have Dennis as the first Paramedic Services chaplain in Saskatchewan and great member of the Parkland Ambulance family.
