Mr. Trevor Dutchak, Chief
Trevor leads over 65 men and women of the 3rd largest ambulance service in Saskatchewan. As a member of North Central Ambulance Association group of companies, Parkland Ambulance is a contracted ambulance service to the the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region.
Trevor has been with Parkland Ambulance for 25 years. He is a proud member of Paramedic Services Chiefs of Saskatchewan Board of Directors. Trevor believes in the community he lives in and together with his wife Coralee and sons Nicholas and Jacob are committed to caring for the community.
Trevor's active family keeps him busy with hockey in the winter months and many school related activities. He is proud to live, work and raise a family in the City of Prince Albert.
Mr. Jordan Ambrose, ACP, Director of Operations
Jordan is proud to be part of the leadership team at Parkland Ambulance Care. As Director of Operations he is responsible for human resources, staff engagement and scheduling. He has been with Parkland Ambulance since February 2003.
Jordan enjoys family activities and is affectionately a sports nut, Willing to try or participate in almost any sport, his first love is hockey not only as a player but now a coach for his son Mason. Together with his wife Candice, sons Ryker and Mason, daughter Hailey he is proud to call Prince Albert home.
Mr. Brian Reichle, ICP, Director of Communications and First Responders
Brian started with Parkland Ambulance in February 1984 and through his hard work became Director of Emergency Communications in 2000. Brian began his emergency medical services (EMS) career like so many first as emergency medical responder (EMR), then emergency medical technician (EMT), to his current certification as an Intermediate Care Paramedic. Together with his wife Laurie, they have two son Justin and Jason, who are also Paramedics with Parkland Ambulance Care
Brian is responsible for overseeing the emergency communication center, quality assurance for the center and liaison with all external clients. He is also responsible for all first responder groups and for the groups continuing education needs.
Mr. Lyle Karasiuk, ACP, Director of Public Affairs and Support Services
For the past 32 years, Lyle has been with Parkland Ambulance, ironically coming to work merely casual after the invitation of friend. Since coming to the team of Parkland Ambulance Lyle has worked up through the ranks to his present leadership role. Lyle is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service medal, the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal, two Queens Jubilee Medals and Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal of Honour. He is very active in the community through many community and volunteer boards. Lyle was recognized as the 2013 Citizen of the Year for Prince Albert.
Lyle is responsible for all external services of Parkland Ambulance those include: web site, all external training programs and courses, public presentations, public tours, school relations, community liason and media spokesperson. He is also responsible for corporate and support services including materials management. Born and raised in Prince Albert, Lyle holds several professional certifications as an instructor.
Mr. Patrick Bellisle, ACP, Director of Education and Safety
Pat has been with Parkland Ambulance for 32 years after many more years of service in the Province of Alberta as a emergency medical technician - paramedic (EMT-P). He is active in the community with strong ties to the Canadian military as two sons headed overseas to Afghanistan in the fall of 2009. Pat's leadership has mentored many current and past employees of Parkland Ambulance. He is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service medal and first bar.
His responsibilities include management of all internal professional development opportunities for the paramedics of Parkland Ambulance, quality assurance, infection control and occupational health and safety administration. He also provides the leadership for internal staff development directly related to mentorship and career advancement with the organization.
Miss Jill Stefanick, Communications Center Manager
Jill leads the Medical Communications and Coordination Center North for Parkland Ambulance Care. Proud of her role and equally proud of the communications specialists who daily start caring for you when the call for help is placed. Jill is originally from Biggar, Saskatchewan.
